An intamite 6 week progressive course of a flowing mindful Pilates experience designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore your body from the inside out. Held at Woonton Retreats, a tranquil farm setting in Herefordshire. Capped at a strict max of 6 people ensuring you get a highly personalized hands on guidance from the instructor. This course blends controlled movement with breath-led flow, helping you build core strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease and confidence. Each session is carefully structured to feel both grounding and energising - leaving you feeling stronger, more aligned and deeply reconnected with your body. A highly adapatable and inclusive class. Those wanting personal attention - your alignment will be corrected and you will be offered targeted modifications to help with injuries or specific fitness goals All levels modifications and progressions are easily made so suitable for beginners and experienced Perfect for all levels, this is your time to slow down, reset, and invest in your body's long-term health.

Booking Policy – Woonton Retreats At Woonton Retreats, we are committed to creating a calm, high-quality experience for every client. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read our booking policy. Booking Notice: All services must be booked in advance. For retreats and spa experiences, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead to allow full preparation of your experience. Payments: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your space. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. Courses & Classes: Courses and class passes are non-refundable once started. Missed sessions cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Retreats & Spa Experiences (including Tropic Glow Retreat): Due to the personalised nature and preparation involved, these bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours. Group bookings are limited to maintain an intimate and high-quality experience. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients.
