 By accessing this website or making a booking, you consent to these terms.

We collect information during interactions including inquiries about our activities, supporter registrations, exchange or receipt of communications, or participation in petitions. This information is voluntarily provided by you. Additionally, we may receive information from third parties if you have granted them permission to share your information.

HSG Fitness assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of websites not owned or managed by us, including those accessed through links on our site.

 

 

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with our response, please contact us at sapphireleisureltd@gmail.com detailing your concerns. We will review your complaint, ensure proper procedures have been followed, and respond accordingly. Our aim is to complete investigations within 15 working days of receiving your complaint; however, some cases may require additional time. If you remain unsatisfied, you may continue communications with us.

Updated Cancellation Policy

To promote fairness and accessibility in our Community Classes, Spa Weekends, Retreats, and events, HSG Fitness has implemented a cancellation fee effective September 2026:

  • All Classes: Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Events, Spa Weekends, and Retreats require a minimum notice period of two weeks for cancellations, with loss of deposit. We may provide a voucher for rebooking, subject to availability.

  • An administration fee of £10 per customer applies.

This policy assists in offering available spaces to individuals on waiting lists and minimising unused spots. We appreciate your cooperation and continued support in maintaining an inclusive and accessible community.
