All ages and Fitness Levels (Guidance and modifications throughout the session) Grow longer and stronger with Group Centergy, and invigorating 45 minute mind-body workout. It incorporates Yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. Emotive music drives the experience as you breath and maybe (Sweat) through this full body movement journey. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Woonton Retreats At Woonton Retreats, we are committed to creating a calm, high-quality experience for every client. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read our booking policy. Booking Notice: All services must be booked in advance. For retreats and spa experiences, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead to allow full preparation of your experience. Payments: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your space. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. Courses & Classes: Courses and class passes are non-refundable once started. Missed sessions cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Retreats & Spa Experiences (including Tropic Glow Retreat): Due to the personalised nature and preparation involved, these bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours. Group bookings are limited to maintain an intimate and high-quality experience. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients.
