30-Day Fitness Challenge: Can You Really Get Fit in a Month

Really??? Can you??? We are bombarded with many different ways of becoming a "better you" in 30 days. Buy this program, eat this way, easy to follow only 10 minutes a day workouts. Then there is the weight loss jab which is amazing as long as you follow the nutrition correctly. Then hold on we are then bombarded with hair loss products to use or skin products to help with dry skin, the list goes on and its not only very confusing, but exhausting and extremely expensive.
So back to the 30 days to a fitter you. Is it SMART can you actually achieve it? If you change habits, eat healthier start doing some exercise, you will of course feel better. But a for getting ripped, losing two dress sizes, being able to everyday bring in 10 minutes of exercise for 30 days is clearly not realistic and the time frame is too short to get results shown in the videos.
However to start on a healthier journey takes time, time to understand the process, time to get your life in order and get the right foods in, time to bring regular exercise into your life. This all takes planning because to be successful it needs too be sustainable.

30 day challenge? yes it will definitely help but can you sustain and do you actually know what you are doing??
