Winter Solstice Sun Salutation Yoga Class
Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class that celebrates the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year. This special session will incorporate a series of Sun Salutations, aimed at welcoming the return of the light and honoring the seasonal transition. The class will be complemented by a morning hot tub soak, a relaxing sauna session, and a warming breakfast to nourish your body.
Schedule
8:00 AM - Hot Tub Soak: Begin the day by soaking in the warm waters, allowing your body to relax and prepare for yoga.
8:30 AM - Sauna Session: Enjoy a cleansing sauna experience to detoxify and warm up your muscles.
9:00 AM - Sun Salutation Yoga Class: Engage in a series of Sun Salutations, focusing on breath and movement to energize your spirit.
